Have to run, just wanted to say, what a great painting. Did I have the time, I'd try to find Icarus. :-P

It was very funny! Poor Frau Braun, she could have easly lost a finger or two in the camel's mouth, was the sweet thing less tame.

We also have a saying with calves, "stares as a calf to the new door", when the cows where back from the fields at the end of the day, they marched on the main street of the village, and each found its own home, unless it was given a new door during the day, which confused the young ones who were not sure if that's where they live or not anymore. :)

I'm glad that Julia decided to do something about what was going on, I didn't think she would, I should have, though, there was a reason why Frau Braun left her out of the secret party!

Give her credit, Frau Braun chooses her camels well. I like that phrase about calves and the new door. I can picture it.

Poor Frau Braun. Camels are ornery beasts. It was a good match-up.
